“I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with this clinic due to repeated breakdowns in basic care coordination. After my child’s original provider rescheduled multiple times and then left the clinic, we were reassigned to another provider. Since then, getting a routine prescription refill for a psychiatric medication has been unnecessarily difficult. Multiple refill requests were submitted by the pharmacy and through the patient portal, yet staff repeatedly gave conflicting information—saying the prescription was sent, then later saying they couldn’t find any request at all. Front desk staff stated they were “messaging the doctor,” but there was no clear follow-through or accountability, and no one could explain why the prescription wasn’t being filled. As a result, my child missed school due to lack of medication. Communication was inconsistent, guidance on filing a grievance was unclear, and I was left doing the work of tracking and escalating what should have been a simple refill. Mental health care requires reliability and continuity. Unfortunately, this clinic did not provide that. I would strongly caution parents to consider whether this level of disorganization is acceptable when timely care truly matters.”

My provider, Jackie Calderon, is SO nice and attentive, the front desk staff are quite efficient and attentive, and the environment doesn’t feel as sterile and intimidating as you’d expect from a doctors office. “The billing process is very confusing for the customer. I called for an explanation about how their process works. I was given an explanation, but, I was left even more confused. I requested to stop auto-billing because at the moment, I have a suspicion that they are either unorganized or are scamming vulnerable patients. I have a suspicion that it's both. Please beware.”
