“I like the practitioner Arnuflo, but the team there is slow to respond to refilling prescriptions which has resulted in me being without my medication two times in the past. I'm an Iraq War Veteran and was diagnosed with a blood cancer in 2023, most likely caused by burn pit exposure during my tour there in 2005. I unfortunately forgot one of my appointments recently and received a $100 bill for missing that appointment. I've ended my relationship with this organization and will seek treatment elsewhere. I understand a charge for a missed appointment but $100 is gouging.”
