I spoke with several of them when trying to schedule an emergency appointment as a new patient with one specific therapist, and they were so kind, so helpful, and extremely professional. I also spoke to a billing representative when I had some issues verifying my insurance - she was patient, knowledgeable and even called me back to re-verify my information when a software issue prevented her from processing my claims. When speaking to psychologists, I have only been a client of Samantha A. I can only say wonderful things about her. I actually met with her years ago at a different clinic, and I loved her so much I sought her out at her new establishment. She allows you to be yourself - no code switching, no judgements, no pushing you to behave or think in a certain way.
