“Had a pretty smooth experience. The whole process was seamless, was able to find a practitioner that I liked on their website, and made an appointment with them on their website. Filled a bunch of forms, insurance, etc, again on their website. You can also send messages to them on their website if you have any questions regarding the forms, insurance, etc, and they'll give you a call to help you out. I went in 30 mins before my appointment and was a little nervous before going in, but man, it went surprisingly well than I had anticipated. Overall, I definitely recommend this practice.”

“Horrible. Not only is it hard to find a psychiatrist appointment, when you finally get it, they would have you waiting for half an hour for nothing. I make an appointment waited three weeks for my first visit. Arrived 15 minutes earlier as recommended. Nobody approached me. I was in the waiting room for 25 minutes and was never called. Hope you don’t have to deal with this. I won’t ever come back.”
