“This is MOM speaking and I will Continue to speak up every time this company wants to reply with another slick lie response: Our experience with Clarity Behavioral Health started off great for the first few weeks once the RBA started working with our child. Unfortunately, the RBA and our child's daycare teachers clashed with how to incorporate ABA therapy in the classroom setting. The BCBA told us that all issues should be brought to her attention however when we reported those issues the BCBA did not make it a priority to observe the interaction in the daycare to provide feedback or solutions. This was after it became pretty confrontational between the RBA and daycare staff. It was apparently so bad that the RBA requested a "mental health day off". Once this was Finally brought to clarity's owner, Kristy, she called a mandatory meeting with me and the daycare to discuss. Thinking that was a light at the end of the tunnel, little did I know that it was only going to get worse. Trying to get everyone to agree to an urgent meeting date and time was extremely difficult from the ABA provider side. The daycare was ready to meet immediately but the ABA provider owner Kristy tried to push it off to a more convenient time for her. Considering that my child was missing ABA therapy sessions due to this drama at the daycare I thought it was pretty rude to push it off. This let me know why the BCBA, lacked urgency and why she behaved the way she did because it starts from the Top. Finally got the meeting completed once Kristy agreed to rearrange her appointments, and at the meeting we got everyone on the same page. Here's where things went off the cliff. That meeting was held on a Friday. The agreement was to restart ABA on Monday. I left that meeting relieved and So happy. Because my focus has Always been, my baby. Sunday at near Midnight I received a text message from the RBA stating that they would not be returning to the daycare indefinitely due to needing to do something on their end with the employer Clarity. My husband was so upset about me getting notified of this via text at that time of night and with such lack of care for how it's going to affect an innocent two year old with no ABA therapy in sight. We reached out to Kristy the owner and all she had to say for herself and her company was that she authorized the RBA to send us the message. Unbelievable. The whole experience has been heartbreaking on top of already being frustrated that our child even needs this type of therapy. And for Clarity Behavioral to yo-yo us around like this. I'm the one who asked for a meeting to help resolve the issues. When I could have Easily just FIRED Clarity and found another ABA provider quickly. Kristy enjoys telling us that due to our insurance we'll have a hard time finding another provider. I'll be happy to inform you that we have another therapist and it's working out Fantastic. My time with Clarity was wasted and I have to speak up and let it be known. Just be cautious of working with this company. I truly hope your experience is different than ours for your precious kiddo.”

“Have used their services for my child for almost 5 years now and am thrilled with their service! Our RBT and BCBA are the best, they go above and beyond!!! Highly recommend.”

“Child is doing better without the BCBA's plan. They were basically doing nothing. I felt bad for the RBT, she was great but the company treated her poorly. I think it's funny the BCBA's and the owner are posting the only positive reviews here to try to fix their accurately terrible ratings. Edit: their replies are laughable. Don't let your children's progress be set back by this company. There are plenty of better options in the area. Not surprised at the 1.7 rating and their poor reviews now that I've experienced their services. Their ratings would be 1 star if the BCBA's weren't actively trying to skew them. Goes to show how inappropriate and unprofessional they really are. Read for yourself. In retrospect, I should have done my research. I guess that is the only good thing this company taught me is to do research beforehand.”

“I'm seeing RBT's complaining families aren't consistent. Unfortunately as a family we haven't seen consistency with our RBT's or BCBA's. They call out alot and most dont give a notice when they quit their job. Clarity can't maintain great RBT's and can't find BCBA's to work with families in the Seminole County area. Do as you will with this information......... My child has done better without the inconsistencies of Clarity.”
