What patients say on Google

“Katherine Skurski and she was an amazing doctor! I would recommend her for all around health!”

“First of, as soon as I got there, the white older lady at the front desk had a bad attitude. I’m sorry but if you’re having a bad day, that’s a personal problem, not mine. You should be respectful & professional with all patients, especially if they’re not being rude to you. Second, the front desk people are not well trained. They’re not well informed at what needs an appointment or not. I called in advance & ask multiple times if appointment was needed, they said no multiple times. Please try to avoid going here, if you can.”

“I would like to make a complaint about my experience taking the Covid test that I had in the clinic at the Town of Cicero. 1.When I first arrived the reception everything was good, but when the nurse called my name to take my test she had the cotton swab already open. 2. The nurse didn't introduce or explain what she was going to do. 3. She only came and put the cotton swab into my nose. 4. The nurse was very rude. 5. The cotton swab was placed very deep into my nose and was very painful. My eyes started to become watery. I told her to stop and told it was too deep, and she responded that she had to put it in 5cm. This was not my first time I had taken it and she responded back rudely and that I should have gone to were I had taken it before. When she placed it on the other side it was worse, that it even hurt my ear. 6. I don't know if she put the cotton swab into a tube because she took with it in her hand. I asked her name and the the nurse that attended me was Susan. She should receive more training, and change the way she treats people.”
