“If I had to choose 1 word to describe this so-called counseling center it would be TRAVESTY!!!! I went there to discuss a problem in my relationship. The counselor I spoke appeared very unconcerned about my situation. In fact, the entire time I was telling him about the problem I was experiencing he kept looking at me like I was wasting his time. He didn't show any empathy and was very condescending, as if to say "Are you really wasting my time with this?" The only thing that he had to say to me was, "This all sounds like a me problem. Either deal with it or walk away." I actually felt better BEFORE I went there. Bottom line, don't even waste your time or money on this place.”

“Unlike other mental health care facilities, these counselors don't have their noses in a computer the whole time your talking to them. My therapist doesn't even have a computer in her office. The ladies in reception are welcoming, eager to help. They listen attentively and will take care of any concerns to the best of their ability. You will find something of a rarity these days: Competency and professionalism.”

“I went here when I was a teenager, so probably like 5-6 years ago. I had a counselor who was named something similar to the business. Crystal? Cristina? I don't know. She was in her mid to late twenties at the time probably. I told her of my home situation and things that occured in my home life. She called me a liar. I told her I was suicidal and she called me dramatic. This woman forever impacted my view of counseling and to this day it's hard for me to seek counsel. She should lose her license.”
