“Dr. Alfred was extremely rude to me the entire appointment. He had someone else in the room and it was like he was showing off in front of her. I was so dissatisfied with his behavior. He had ZERO professional respect for me as a patient. I will continue to speak poorly about his actions to whoever asks for advice about this type of service. He is an embarrassment to the Ochsner Healthcare Organization. I would give him a zero star review if that was an option. I can't imagine him helping anyone at all. He was the worse D.O. I have ever seen in my entire life. To anyone that reads my review, please stay clear of this doctor.”

“I'm not sure why Dr. Alfred has a one star review. He is so kind, understanding, and soft spoken. He cares about your issues, your well being, and your health. He takes interest in the things going on in your life, and cheers when you feel like you're doing well. Before you start seeing him, it states in the contract that if you miss three appointments, and don't reschedule ahead of time, you will be dismissed. All together, the doctors and therapists that work in the office e care. The teams is great, and it's a 10/10 experience.”
