How likely are you to recommend Christina Russell, LPC--Anxiety and Trauma Therapy in Carrollton, GA?
What patients say on Google
“I am a “STEM brained” person with limited emotional and psychological training. I have spent my life “winging it” when it comes to coping with stress, both in my job as an engineer and in my personal relationships. I feel like I handled stressful situations and relationships “just fine”, but a close friend suggested that I might benefit from Christina’s Regulate and Restore group. My friend was right! The sessions helped me become more in tune to my body and better recognize when I am becoming triggered. Christina armed me with tips and techniques to recognize what stresses me and provided me with effective methods to cope with and conquer tension. Christina did a great job helping me better understand myself, why I get stressed, and how to move up the polyvagal ladder (new term in my vocabulary!) to a happier, healthier state. The sessions were definitely worth the investment in myself.”
“Christina is a wonderful therapist: capable, skilled, present and compassionate. I have referred to her for years and folks have nothing but positive things to share about her skills as a healer. I am grateful to call her my friend and colleague. I highly recommend Christina!”
“Christina has made a huge impact for our grandson where many others have failed. What a blessing she has been!”
“I had a very bad experience with Christina Russell, LPC. I had messaged her, and we agreed to set up a free call. She did not make that appointment, and I had to call and message her. She did apologize, then took the call, and sent a follow-up email for appointments with specific times and dates that showed her availability for weeks. I responded to her email, but she replied back saying that she will not be moving forward. Her actions were highly irresponsible and unprofessional. She just seemed to have poor communication and business practices. The experience came off disruptive and handled poorly. The experience was a poor professional standard.”
