“Do not go here. They are only after money and not to help. My husband needed a form filled out to get training for a Service Dog and they wanted a huge amount to do that. Then he asked for his records to be released and they wanted $55 for that. Their only concern is money. He cancelled his appointment a month in advance and they are charging $70 for a cancel fee. I am disputing that . Whatever you do DON'T let them have your CC. They charge unauthorized fees. Christians...I don't think so!!”
