Ms Tilley is attentive to my needs, accepting of my lifestyle, and thorough in her treatment plans. i’m not religious and i have religious trauma, but always feel comfortable and respected in this christian based clinic. the staff is kind and has always worked with me through financial hardship while ensuring i have no lapses in care. they have sliding scale income based payment options if necessary and have staff that can help fill out forms over at the woodlawn clinic if i remember correctly. whatever you need help with, just ask the amazing staff and they will point you in the right direction!”

“They wasted my time with the first appt by telling me at the end it was just an intake & I didn't get to see a provider. Then I make multiple appts in the same day and when I do the paperwork online they tell me I'm being charged $100 before I can be seen no explanation of the charges no break down they tell me they take BOTH of my insurances and then I randomly have to pay $100 for what??? I've never been charged by any Dr office before this makes no sense. Then they don't stop calling me everyday. I don't recommend this facility at all. I tried to give this place a second chance bc everyone talks so highly of it but your gonna sit there and try and charge me money for no reason and give no explanation of the charges.”
