“Dr. Farmer has been an absolute blessing to me and my dental issues! From the start she has been absolutely amazing, quick and easy extractions with no complications! She always makes me feel at ease and does a phenomenal job. Dr Farmer is AMAZING at what she does and I cannot thank her enough. Her assistant today (black lady with locs I forgot to get her name) was super helpful as well. Thank you ladies so so sooo much! I also want to add- I do not come from a lot of money at an all which was a huge issue in me getting dental work done in the first place. I’m grateful for everything and all the Choptank dental staff has done for me! I cannot thank you enough!”

“I called a week in advance to ask if I had to schedule an appointment for my 3hr glucose lab. Staff told me I didnt need one it was all walk ins and I didnt need to be there at a certain time. Fast-forward to the day before I was there for my children to be seen for a seperate matter. I asked in person again if I needed to come at a certain time staff said no. The next day I went in at 9am to get my test done. I sat in the waiting room for a full hour before I was called back even though I told them when I first came in that I was here for a 3hr glucose test. When they sent me back they told me they had to go to lunch at 12 so I had to come back at one. I came back at 12:50 they sent me straight back and they told me I wasnt a patient there so I could not get my labs done. (If thats the case why didnt you say that in the am instead of wasting my time) however I was a patient so I asked to talk to patient services or a manager. Staff went back to speak to a manager. This took 30 minutes! Not once did the manager speak to me.. They sent the staff member back out to tell me I am a patient however because they took so long talking about it I cant get the test done that day because there wasnt enough time before close. (Even though I was on time! Both times!) They wasted my entire day for nothing. My time is more then just "time" every day I have to take off of work to get appointments done it takes away from the money I need to pay bills and care for my children. Patients time are not respected at this location! Not to mention my daughter hasnt recieved her 1 year old shots yet due to them constantly having to reschedule appointments and shes almost 2 now. And dont get me started on the dental area failing to send refferals out for surgery and rescheduling appointments without even saying anything. If I were you id choose to go to a different location because this location has NO RESPECT for their patients at all.”

“Don't bother. I just tried to make a apt for strep throat. They dont have a appointment open for 6 months lol. Theyre the worst. Shame. Just look somewhere else. They really dont care about you.”

“We've been taking our kiddos to Bay Pediatrics since birth. We transferred here for convenience, since we have been living in Denton for a few years. Biggest mistake. I completed 4 lengthy applications, only for them not to check and ask me to refill them again the day of one of our appointments. Dr. Harvey, who seemed pretty inexperienced and just joined earlier this year and is leaving by New Year's, did not mention anything about being charged differently because of their ineffectiveness in retrieving the correct records for our kids. I am being charged as a regular visit when these were obviously well visits, which she confirmed at the start of the appointment. Do not switch! Just make the drive to Easton for proper pediatric care. I will be reporting the doctor's crappy service to the board as well, to save others from this.”
