“It's sad to read all these positive reviews about emdr and years of the helpful things it's done for them. I sought out emdr certified therapist and went to adam in 2022 or 2023 I waited on waiting list for months, I went to 3 sessions and even thought the first session that what he was saying sounded stupid to put traumatic memory away in my head but I still attempted and felt it work by the 3rd time seeing him he pushed me off onto a therapist who had absolutely no clue what I wanted out of coming there his reason for having me work with her instead were because I'm not a man and he usually works with men in tough lines of work and then a second excuse he doesn't think I'm ready after attempts at emdr at multiple places that say they offer it but I couldn't get in there I thought I found someone to help me heal when I was ready and needed it in my life. I had so much hope coming there and ever since then in and out of places being told I need a childhood trauma certified therapist but yet there isn't one anywhere for me I guess. I've been suffering for years from my mental health unsure what to even do anymore oh and I attempted to come back and get med management and I walk in to check in my appointment and desk person told me I had to pay for last session I had with the female therapist he set me up with who I didn't want to go to and she didn't nothing but tell me to leave my significant other which I've never had a therapist say but it's because they went to highschool together and I walked out because I really just need medication not wait til I'm there and ask me for money when I haven't even received benefits from services here.”
“I cannot say enough wonderful things about this therapy practice! The entire team brings a wide range of expertise to the table—whether you're seeking support for anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, or simply personal growth, there's someone here to help. The owner, Adam Kleinman, is an exceptional therapist and leader. Adam’s vision and commitment to quality care clearly influence every aspect of the practice—from the thoughtful matching of clients with therapists to the culture of kindness and professionalism that defines the team. If you're looking for a therapy practice that combines clinical excellence with heartfelt care, look no further!”
“Adam has been helping me for over a year and his help has been great. His advice/commentary is always friendly, non-judgmental, and relevant to what's going on in my life. Also, Amanda is always kind and welcoming when she's at the Greensburg office.”
“I had several EMDR sessions with Adam, and I honestly couldn't be happier. I had a lot of trouble dealing with grief and trauma, and I was met by compassionate and understanding care. We took a few sessions to get to know each other and then we got to work. Little by little, Adam helped me process what had happened to me and taught me techniques to deal with my emotions. He suggested reading materials, journaling, and treated me like a human being. I am a happier and healthier person thans to Choices Counseling, and I thank Adam and his team.”
