“I was looking forward to scheduling an appointment here based on the positive feedback about the doctor, but the front desk experience was incredibly disappointing. The person who answered the phone sounded entirely unprofessional and childlike. There was no professional greeting or business name stated, and it felt like she was answering her own personal cell phone rather than a medical clinic. When people are reaching out to a psychiatry office, a basic level of professional etiquette and maturity is expected. First impressions matter, and the lack of business standards at the front desk completely turned me off from booking here.”

“HORRIBLE Chima Asikaiwe never showed up for my mother in law’s new patient appointment! Chima Asikaiwe has NO CONSIDERATION FOR HIS PATIENTS! Her appointment was at 10:00am. We arrived at 9:30am. At 10:20am I asked the front desk how much longer and she said that he had not arrived yet. I asked her to call him to find out, because I had taken the morning off from my work for this appointment and had to go back to work at 1:00pm. She called him and he said he was at home and that he would come. I asked the front desk how long does it take for him to get from his house to the office and she said about 25/30 minutes. Wow! He would arrive around 11:00am for her 10:00am appointment! When we left at 11:30am he still had not arrived at the office for our 10:00am appointment! Stay away from Chima Asikaiwe! We will never step back there! Unbelievable!!! ZERO STARS”

“In my personal opinion Dr. A may be a good Dr, however the amount of money I paid for my visit I think it was a bit much considering when I left the offic. I was still as confused as I was when I walked in. The office staff did not explain things clearly when I asked questions.”
