What patients say on Google

“Glad I ignored the poor reviews for this place. My therapist is the best I've ever had and communication is easy. I made my first appointment request during the worst mental breakdown of my life and I'm doing so much better 6 months later that I am able to hold a fulltime job again. For my first appointment, I brought along my partner who sat in the waiting room while I was in session. Contrary to another review, they could not hear anything I said except for a word or two when I was particularly loud. The building is quite dated and labyrinthian, it took me a while to find the office but it's quite private. Parking is good as well.”

“i would rate this place -10 if i could. I’ve already been trying to contact them for quite some time and I had gone up to the office to try and speak with someone instead. So I tried waiting in the only room they had for about 20 min before i realized there wasn’t even a camera or door noise to let anyone know i was there. not to mention the room being smaller then an airport bathroom, i started knocking on the only door that wasn’t the exit and was rudely addressed by the doctor saying I was interrupting his appointment, so I asked where the reception area was so I didn’t have to bother him and he said there was none I would have to call or email. this is absolutely absurd. let’s not mention how the office is absolutely disgusting by look, care, and ATTITUDE”

“I have called this facility multiple times since the beginning of July and no one returned messages. I sent an online request to set up a new patient evaluation and received one returned email from Dr. David Coleman stating I need to email Dr. Geoffrey Putt because he is the one who does screening. After emailing Dr. Putt three times I have no choice but to pursue another office. It's frustrating because we only have a couple of in-network providers and the other locations have a 6 month wait list.”

“First off, this building is awful. It is an old unmarked building with a tiny sign next to it. The inside is horribly outdated and dirty. The “waiting room” is the size of a shoe box and all the rooms surround it, so you can literally hear everyone’s conversation with their counselor if you arrive a bit early. My counselor and I never meshed unfortunately so after a couple months of seeing her, I stopped going. Not once did she reach out to follow up or check on me. I attempted to see someone else but after one communication she didn’t reply to me. This establishment is unprofessional- avoid it.”
