“If you get sent here, be prepared for arrogance and filth. Appointments are virtual, yet you still have to wait two or three hours to be seen. Trying to ask why it takes so long is taken as an insult; you are told point-blank that if you don't like it, you can leave. It is the worst place I have ever visited. Dr. Vega, I hope you are reading this comment; perhaps it will help you become more empathetic and improve your attitude and service. If you don't like your job, please quit; take your poor service and bad manners elsewhere”

“The front desk was friendly and the case worker was friendly and helpful. However, I had my appointment with the psychiatrist Dr. Ahmed he told me that I needed to go get a psychological evaluation before he could treat me. Mind you, this doctor is a psychiatrist, board certified to diagnose mental health disorders. I asked him if he could evaluate me and he said no. I left my appointment feeling highly discouraged, confused and saddened.”

“Had been trying to reach the provider for my child about side affects that my child was experiencing… would get the famous we will call you back when we have an answer it’s now been a month and I spoke to the provider about the issue. Then after my telehealth appointment I was sent to the waiting room for around 45 mins and it was now after closing so I couldn’t schedule my child’s next appointment. Should’ve known better when first appointment i got there after lunch and left after closing 😑”
