“I appreciate her as a provider, but I was not satisfied with the way I was treated during my last medical review. I felt as though my concerns were not heard and my feelings were not validated. She seemed dismissive. It appeared she was becoming frustrated during our conversation, and I noticed her rolling her eyes. I brought this to her attention, and she denied it, but her demeanor suggested frustration. I hope for a more understanding interaction in the future.
