“The receptions are rude and ignorant when I had an issue with billing. I spoke with the billing manager Justin. He was rude, yelled and was belligerent. Only reason I go there, is for my daughters coundeling. My daughter likes her counselor. I don't how they are allowed to treat customer/patient that way. I will not recommend Chestnut Ridge to anyone. Go elsewhere.”

“I would give this place zero Stars if I could. I couldn't reschedule my appointment until hours later because my car broke down had to get a whole new clutch system costing almost $1,000, another time my internet was down and I couldn't have a video visit. Both times I brought in proof I sent proof to the administrative office they still kicked me out of Chestnut Ridge for missing them two appointments. My fiance just got a new job, on the barge for 2 weeks they would not for nothing in the world give him his prescription two days early and they're called a mental health place! This is a medication that could throw him into a seizure if he does not take it. I'll let you know how it goes because he's on the barge right now and will be out of medication tomorrow. It was either be without a job and get the medication or have a job and go without the medication either way Chestnut Ridge did not care they did not even look into it to see if he was starting a job they know I'm his fiance they didn't call me to verify. I called every number for Chestnut Ridge trying to get help. I even called the hotline for crisis this place does not have any bedside manners at all. I give them a zero because they are not anyone's hero!!!”

“At first they come off like they are trying to help. Promising the world. And at the end of the visit. I was wondering why they would send to people like this to my house. At first you have a reasonable expectation. But they're not really allowed to talk about other peoples, houses or clients. But since they are inclined to do that. I wonder if they're gonna tell other clients about us.”
