“As a new patient, I had an outstanding experience from my very first visit. Even though my transfer process was a bit complicated, the front desk staff went above and beyond to make everything as smooth as possible. They were not only highly professional but also warm, kind, and welcoming. The doctor who saw me was incredibly caring and attentive. The nurse working with her was equally compassionate, and the pharmacist was also very helpful and pleasant. I sincerely want to thank the entire team for their exceptional care and professionalism. They made me feel comfortable and valued from the moment I arrived. I am confident that I will remain a patient here for many years to come. Highly recommended!”

“I really did not have a good experience with this office. The doctor I saw is not listed as being in-network with my insurance provider, even though the facility itself is. I have tried calling numerous times to get clarification on my insurance coverage, but I have been unable to reach anyone who can answer my questions. The online patient portal has also been frustrating because the option to select a provider or office location from the drop-down menu does not work, so I cannot submit a question that way either. I have left messages in the past and never received a call back, and now the voicemail mailbox is full. Overall, the experience has left me feeling that the office and facility are not well organized or responsive when it comes to communicating with patients. At this point, I will likely cancel my follow-up appointment and look elsewhere for care.”

It seemed like patient concerns and complaints were completely ignored, and everyone was treated like a number instead of a person. A healthcare facility should provide compassion, professionalism, and quality care, but I experienced the opposite. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and disappointed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone and Please and please start seeking care elsewhere.”
