“I have seen two different providers for medication management, and they are both amazing. I have had many ups and downs, and so much work has gone into finding the right combination of treatments for me. I have always felt supported and heard. The people behind the scenes are wonderful as well. I needed a treatment that ended up requiring a lot of back and forth with my insurance company as well as the pharmacy. They worked for months getting this set up for me. I've never had issues obtaining my meds, and I've always been able to change and make appointments. I get text or email notifications for appointment reminders and when any bills are due. The telehealth has always worked well. Honestly I would give 10 stars if I could.”

“Stephanie Spencer has been working with me for some time now for medication management. Stephanie is incredibly knowledgeable, not only with medications but also nutritional supplements and any interactions they could have with my meds. She always spends a bit of time speaking with me regarding other aspects of my life (physical/emotional) and has a vested interest in my wellbeing. I'm thankful having Stephanie by my side to steer me in the right direction. She's certainly an asset to Chesapeake Psychological Associates and her profession as a whole.”

“Providers are great, office staff is terrible. They stop answering their phones sometimes 20 minutes before close and don't turn back on in time in the morning. Throughout the day they'll just not answer them, too. Edit - to address the reply - first this is not a recent issue, I've been with CPA for years. Second, your automated system needs to be replaced then because I called non stop from 8:30 to 8:44 this morning and got the "this office is currently closed" message. This is for the 640 location that I have always been to. I had to call the OTHER location and they were able to help me.”

“I made an appointment here seeking a psychological evaluation under advisement of my counselor. I wish I would have checked the reviews first. I’ve been struggling with issues with memory and concentration. I was hopeful to get help. I was assured that they would send me reminders for my appointment a few days prior and the day of. I did not get any reminders other than right when I made the appointment. I got a notification to fill out my paperwork that did not have the address. I showed up to the wrong location which is exactly what I have been struggling with to begin with. I called reception at the time of my appointment and no one answered. When they called back they told me I couldn’t be seen until next month. I was hopeful to actually get help but this office doesn’t seem to understand how to help the people who need help. Severely disappointing. I made an appointment elsewhere. Avoid at all costs”
