“Horrible service they don’t give a flying hell about their patients I’m so livid I literally was having a panic attack looking for office in parking lot the building are not properly labeled the front desk woman or whoever answers the phone gives me no directions I told her I walked around whole complex went in to building confused all she said was we are in first building like how many first buildings by what entrance are you talking about I couldn’t believe how she didn’t care not even a little to help me get to the office my appointment was for 9am I been walking around since 8:55 mind you I have severe lung disease which is why I started having a panic attack due to me being overstimulated and extremely hot and I’d never ever suggest this practice to no one and I’m going to contact the BBB”

“Horrible communication between the therapists and staff, weird policies and over all rookie vibe among the entire organization. I was discharged from my therapist due to a rescheduling. Management then told me I might need an alternative therapist assigned. This is after seeing Jason for years and becoming friends with him. I agreed to be open minded and see what they had in mind and they never called me back! It’s been weeks! Shame on them for not being responsible with people looking for help with mental wellbeing! Shame shame shame.”
