“Providers have always been great, but everything administrative is a mess at the Woodbrooke location. Disorganized, not responding to phone calls and portal messages for 2+ weeks (from an existing patient), and never any apologies from the Woodbrooke (Salisbury) location staff. (Instead of apologizing for the extended delay, I was reprimanded for asking a second time after waiting and not hearing anything.) then being told “your doctor is out on leave, check back in a couple months” … umm I just need an annual check up, is no one covering? No other options? Just bizarre. I never said I would only see her (though she was great). Mainly just wanting my referrals for recommended cancer screenings and refill on BC. Not stuff that only one person can do. I’m flexible. But they were incredibly flippant. I ended up switching to the Princess Anne location and they were the ones who apologized and were normal and functional, set me up with another great provider. I’d definitely try to avoid /Salisbury location if you can.”

“Awful. I had my daughter at 32 weeks gestation that could have been avoided if I had been taken seriously. I had said that something was wrong and told them frequently what I felt, was told it was all normal. Was not normal at all just so happened to be severe preeclampsia 👍. Caused me 3 weeks and a transport to Hopkins”

“This place is absolutely rude and unprofessional. The interaction I had over the phone with Tina today in regards to my father was inappropriate and shockingly rude. Healthcare environments should reflect compassion, professionalism, & respect for patients and their families. Please do a better job when hiring to ensure that those at the front desk have the capacity to respectfully engage patients and their family members. I can’t imagine how patients who deal with serious health conditions feel after encountering Tina. It’s easier now to understand why my father who needs care is so reluctant to attend his appointments. I was met with profound rudeness over the phone, how scary it must be to go to this facility and be met with this behavior in person. No Thank You!”
