I can't speak for others experiences but overall she has been very softspoken yet firm and compassionate and mostly accessible when needed. The extra cost has been worth it to me because I have been able to set up "escape hatches" that I can use before I need to resort to xanax. Now, I almost never need it. I also now understand why herbal medicine is such a thing now. I was a bit skeptical but I can attest to their efficacy. Plus, she's a good listener and makes notes like crazy when talking. She called me a few days before the appointment to let me know she had double booked my appointment and could not see me until the end of the month. I asked her how she could cancel the appointment of someone suffering a loss and needing medication to which she informed me she was not an emergency room.
