“Nurse Katie always listens to my thoughts and worries. She reads through my history asks questions and gets the full picture then with me we make a care plan. Wonderful friendly staff, from the receptionists, the Nurse Assistant who takes my vitals and Katie, all friendly caring and nonjudgmental.”

“I have been canceled on two appointments in a row within a 6 month span and they wait until I arrive and check into my appointment to inform me that there is technical issues and they will not be seeing me. The first time I was cancelled on they never called me to cancel in advance when their system was down. The second appointment they walked me back for my cleaning just to tell me they lost my X-rays. They never finished the second part of my first cleaning. This is horrible service. I have to take an antibiotic prior to my procedure and both times I took the antibiotics for no reason. This is unprofessional and ridiculous.”

“I wish I could give this place a zero star, I was so disappointed with my “service”. I went in to my appointment I had scheduled 3 months in advance because that was the earliest they could get me in. I come in for an x-ray to be told that they won’t be able to do a cleaning for another 4 months. Who wants to wait 7 months to have a simple cleaning? I was never made aware until they took my x-ray then gave me the news. I’m never coming back to this place again. It was a waste of my time”
