What patients say on Google

“Clean, quiet, sensory friendly waiting room. My medicine lady, Jessica, is always prompt, friendly, attentive, and I couldn't ask for anyone better.”
Jennette Knasiak
“Don't miss an appointment or they will charge you $150 (immediately deducted from your bank account, which they require you to link as auto-payment for appointments). Disgusting treatment of people who already have almost debilitating anxiety.”

“At first I believed that Chenal genuinely cared for my daughter. They saw her pretty steady for several months. She went in and out of acute care facilities, and then they finally got her into residential therapy. After she returned they avoided us like the plague. When we finally got ahold of someone, they had us fill out a readmission packet. Several day later(more than a week)called to follow up, and they told me they were missing some paperwork. Filled that out, and they scheduled an appointment several days later. Then they called and said they couldn’t see her anymore. About a week later they called to schedule an appointment again for several days later. We made an appointment for the next week, and they called the day before and said she needs a psychiatrist and they cannot see her. They were horrible at returning calls or answering texts, emails, and voice calls. They even tried to blame us for the lack of communication, but we have all of the attempts to text, email, and call. I would not recommend this therapy clinic, all they care about is making money.”

“Do NOT use Clancy. This person CAN NOT get their story straight. First I'm being told my child's therapy was at the elementary two weeks ago barring meet up from meeting memorial day. Then with text proof today saying they're going to be late 10 minutes no big deal, but suddenly last minute changed it to the middle school. Showed up a bit early and waited until 12:15 and then left because no one showed up. Then to be told they're now at some ISS building at a park. So they cancel and lie to you but expect you to just drop your kid off for 3 hours at some location and hope for the best. This person does not have your kids best interest at heart. I'm not abandoning and endangering my kids somewhere because an employee doesn't know what they're doing.”
