“Scheduled an appointment for my son almost a month ago and was called a few hours before the appointment and told the therapist he was paired with doesn't see kids his age and we would have to reschedule. Explained when I called he has struggled with his grades and needs an appointment after school so he doesn't get further behind. Gave all of his information including birthday and insurance info so it was clear what his age is. Now he can't be seen unless he misses school or waits several weeks again. Very unprofessional.”
