“The absolute worst Worst WORST reception and scheduler experience i have ever experienced in my life. NOT exaggerating 40 minutes to get paperwork to me to fill out. Was told I would receive a call within 48 hours of filling out said paperwork. Did not so I called at hour 52 to I quite. Was told I needed to provide my debit card. Thank you but no thanks. I am grateful I am not in a dangerous or suicidal situation. On to the next therapy recommendation. Thank you for the frustrated experience. I will pass this information on to anyone looking for therapy not to consider this circus. Best of luck!”
“Good luck seeing someone. They’ll just leave you in the reception area waiting like an idiot. I finally got up and left since no one ever came out to get me for my appointment (waited 20 minutes). Should have known since it operates like a fast food chain.”
