“My daughter called the group because she was referred to this group. She called twice and got Susan both times. She was turned away by SUSAN because she has BSBS ILL and BlueCare. BCBS ILL is her primary, but this lady told her that since she had BlueCare they couldn't see her. So me as the mom called back and was transferred to Susan. She advised something STUPID like I was told that if a patient has BlueCare that we can't accept them as a patient. I quickly advised her that what she is saying is a LIE. My daughter has BCBS ILL as her primary and they are in network for my insurance, but not for BlueCare. I then advised her that she CANNOT turn people away for having MEDICAID as a secondary. Just bill the Primary ONLY and let that be that. She advised that the Office MGR (LISA) will call me tomorrow evening. Soon as she does I will advise her of the same thing. We have NOT even step foot in their facility as a patient yet and the games have already begun. After hanging up with SUSAN I promptly called BCBS and advised them of SUSAN and her games and filed a complaint with them on this group. So that their PROVIDER REP will be aware of what this office is doing. If you want a good Mental health facility to go to PLEASE avoid this group!!!!!”

“If I could leave a worse review, I would. Other than my provider herself, everything about this practice is trash. The receptionist is the rudest person I have ever spoken with. I am not sure if she hates her life or if she needs medication, but with her working for a mental health provider, you would think she would have access to medication to help improve her mental well-being. She refuses to answer any questions, she will only transfer you to voicemails. Speaking of voicemails- do you like leaving countless messages that never get returned? Try reaching out to the nurse here. At this point, I am convinced they don't even have one. You would have better luck getting a human being on the phone if you were to call the IRS. They'd probably be more pleasant, too.”

The staff is fabulous! All of the team works well together and delivers excellent patient advocacy. The office is easy to get to and is lovely!
