What patients say on Google

“Absolutely cold blooded. I take care of my mother who is 88 years old and has Alzheimer’s in late stages. During her first and only appointment, the whole building was empty, and we got rushed out. I told the doctor I had a few concerns that I needed to talk to her about because my mother was currently suffering from them. Dr. Wallace looked me right in the eye and said oh I’ve been with you too long already. I asked her office to renew a prescription that helps with her Alzheimer’s and memory. I was just told that the doctor refused to renew her Alzheimer’s prescription, because Mom refused to submit labs. First of all, we didn’t refuse to do anything. Second of all Alzheimer’s does not improve. There is not a single doctor in the world that would benefit from my mother or any Alzheimer’s patient submitting labs to get donepezil. This disease gets so brutal on the both of us and we need this medicine but I guess we gotta go get it somewhere else. These people are cold blooded. Final edit Mom’s new doctor that she hasn’t even seen yet renewed her script for donepezil. No labs, no cold blooded behavior, no hanging up on me. You people need to get out of medicine.”

“We always see Stacey and have had such an amazing experience transitioning to this office. Today we had to see Summer and my kiddo was so nervous that she had a hard time getting words to come out lol. Summer did such an amazing job calming her down. These folks care about their patients. No doctors office is going to be perfect but these folks do a great job.”

“I’ve been going to this office and seeing Summer Clay for about 6 years now. Up until recently everything was very good. I’ve always felt taken care of and listened to while I had concerns about my children until my last experience there. Summer told my 12 year she has autism even though that was not at all the diagnoses. She was suppose to read the report from par rehab and go over the results with us to plan out next steps. I even questioned her saying “that’s not how I read it”. Later that day I went home and called the office to requested to speak with her about this but they offered to call par rehab and clarify the diagnosis which somehow they couldn’t do. The told me I had to wait months for the appt at Par rehab to explain the results to me. So I waited for that apt and was told she does not have autism and they don’t know why my doctor told us she did. I called back to summer office to discuss the mistake and get a new referral that wasn’t for Autism but was told I had to make an apt. So I did so. Two minutes before we were suppose to do a video call with Summer the office calls and asks why I requested the visit.. I explained again the my daughter doesn’t have autism so we need a different referral that isn’t for an Autism therapist. The office lady was the same one I set up the appt with last week. She was rude and made me feel like an inconvenience to be requesting a visit. Finally Summer joined the video call and was honestly kind of rude with her tone of voice and not once acknowledged that she told my daughter she had autism and was wrong. No apology, no empathy, no accountability. Even took it as far as to tell us we could get a therapist without a referral from her. I’m a pretty understanding person when people make mistake but the way Summer handled this was just wrong and honestly makes me wonder how many other kids she has told they have autism when they don’t..”

“No bedside manners from nurses or doctors, when I had a problem with my back having difficulty walking they acted inconvenienced that they had to push the wheelchair I was sitting in back to the room, talked to me like I was looking for drugs when all I asked for was relief, and I have no drug history as well as a diagnosis of DDD so I was confused why they were questioning me They also refused to push me back to the waiting area when we were done but I saw several people sitting at the nurses station as I was shuffling by. This place will take care of your needs but by doing the absolute bare minimum”
