“It’s 5:02 PM, and after making me wait for over two hours, I’m now being told that the lab doesn’t do blood work after 5:00 PM. This is completely unacceptable. I explained that I’m here with my kids and can’t go somewhere else, but no one seems willing to help or take responsibility. This could have been avoided if someone had informed me about the lab’s hours or seen me in a reasonable amount of time. The way this was handled was very rude and unprofessional. Patients shouldn’t be left waiting for hours only to be told they’ve missed the cutoff because of delays caused by the office. I expect this issue to be addressed and a reasonable solution provided.”
