What patients say on Google
“This place saved my life!! The staff is amazing from check in, to groups, to individual counseling!!! If you’re ready to get clean and sober they will help you get back on your feet and find yourself again. There is no judgment, just honest caring, compassionate staff. Shout out to Janya, Kayla, Anthony, Kristen, Shannon, and Dr. Sini. I wouldn’t be where I am without you guys!! Thank you!! 💕”
“I recently stayed in the newly opened intensive crisis stabilization center secondary to health challenges which impacted my mental health greatly. Although it’s a new facility, staff were kind, patient, and took the time to help me feel safe and comfortable despite stressors and navigating a new program. Counselors and the psych NP were thoughtful and helped give feedback I could take into consideration in my life and my own mental health treatment and recovery. I am thankful to have had them as a support during a hard time.”
“This facility has a policy that says that no one in group therapy can talk about it with anyone else. This is a good policy. However, after going to a few group meetings, all of a sudden a girl recognizes me, and she tells her “friend”. Her “friend” proceeded to come into my place of work and joke loudly about how me and this girl know each other through the program, and that if we “do anything together” he “gets to watch”. In addition to this, they pressure people without licenses to drive to their facility anyway, which they did with me as well. They assured me over and over that my license was fine to drive to their facility - spoiler alert, it wasn’t. Was this enough cause for them to pause my treatment until I could get a car and get my conditional license in place? No. It wasn’t. They say their goal is helping people, but they were not flexible at all, and caused a lot more pain than help. Additionally, the counselor I was assigned at this facility encouraged me not to date or socialize, tried to drag my already traumatized and disabled father (who has nothing to do with this) into an appointment, and made comments about my appearance that furthered my body dysmorphia. I restarted my treatment weeks ago at Conifer Park, which I have had a much better, more private, and more helpful experience at.”
“life savers. simple as that. this place these people are all people of god in my eye. and i cannot believe how well run it is and how nice the staff are even in high stress situations. they are simply professional and i love it here.”
