“I have been using CEPD Psychological Services for about two years. Jenn Perez is the psychologist I see at the office. She is not only a great psychologist but she cares and listens like many others do not. I have absolutely loved my interaction and experiences that I have had with Jenn and her office staff. They are friendly/courteous and are always willing to help and answer any questions that I have. They are totally dedicated to the needs of the patient. I would highly recommend CEPD Psychological Services and in particular Jenn Perez to anyone looking for psychological services.”

“If it wasn't for the care of my child's psychologist, we wouldn't be going to CEPD. The Office Manager, Tami B, is extremely difficult to work with and not very understanding or accommodating, which I find odd for an office that is all about trying to provide mental health services for it's patients. Just trying to get an initial appointment was difficult. Again, therapist has been great, but dealing with scheduling and payment with office manager is nothing short of appalling.”

“Very unprofessional operation. Called to schedule therapy for my family and was directed to fill out the intake paperwork on their website. We filled out their extensive questionaries which took hours. When I called back today to see how to submit the paperwork, I was told that that's not how they do things and they don't use the portal on their website. Furthermore they are not seeing new patients. They are obviously mismanaged and disrespect peoples time. I took my son there in the past with very poor results, however I decided to give them another try as they helped my friends daughter. Don't waste your time with CEPD.”
