What patients say on Google

“The office here has been a complete mess since before Covid. I saw them in 2017-2018 while I lived in Columbus and had to discontinue therapy because constant billing issues were so infuriating that I was entering every session mad as hell and it was unproductive. They also charge late fees if you arrive late but I've never seen a doctor or counselor in this office within 15 minutes of when my meeting was supposed to begin. Literally. I recently returned back to Ohio and tried to pick back up. I was very clear that I as looking for the specific doctor I had worked with before. I asked for him by name. They told me that would be no problem. Go online and fill out the forms. Online they had multiple forms forced into a mandatory cycle that clearly read "these are not mandatory" but forced you to sign up for telehealth (unwanted) and a pre payment program (also unwanted) In order to continue to the mandatory forms. I called in and asked if I could finish paperwork in person, and told no problems I just received a call 2 hours later asking me to finish filling out the paperwork online, as well as informing me that the doctor I wanted to see was not taking on new patients. Followed by a weak sell to get me to come in and try someone else. Why, when I reached out the first time and specifically asked if the doctor was available and practicing, was i told yes and allowed to get this far into the process for a no? As usual, this office is dysfunctional enough to simply be a rage engine. Good luck getting your mental health worked on here. I think, outside of Dr. Galatb himself, they have actually made it worse and made my far more distrusting of medical offices and billing. I'm glad they let me know so I can save myself the trouble of trying to deal with them in the future. What a joke.”

“Since my wife and I moved to the area from Alaska we've used them for our medications. Every other month it turns into a battle because our prescriber does not actually follow through on sending the medications to the pharmacy. Making matters even more frustrating is that the automated phone tree did not send you to the right mailbox or have a way to leave messages after hours. This most recent time I called and simply asked to speak to a person. After waiting to get through, I was told my request was sent on. I asked if this request would be filled and told "I don't know, but I sent it on. That's all I can do," My request was that the medications that are a 3 month fill actually get sent to my pharmacy one month after I met with the prescriber. It doesn't seem like it should be this hard. It also doesn't feel like you should be charged this much when an organization can't simply do what they charge you for. You also shouldn't be made to feel like an idiot for recognizing that they aren't being accountable to the things you pay them for. It wasn't this bad in Alaska.”

“My wife accidentally paid the bill in full twice in March 26th 2025. It took 31 phone calls to the office to finally have someone say that would send a check for the extra payment. This was at the end of August. 2 weeks later still no check. So my wife went to the office today and finally got a check 6 months later. Which is completely unacceptable for a business. My wife saw a therapist here and the therapist was so unprofessional. She brought up her political views during a therapy session and she told my wife that she should vote according to therapist views. It think a therapist should be co concerned about the patient not her political views. If your looking for a therapist id advise look else where.”

“Kimberly Watts is the only doctor I have ever straight up fired, so take the 2 star rating as a warning.”
