What patients say on Google
“About two years ago my ex was going here and she decided to speak up that she was taking prescriptions that weren't hers. I was surprised and bombarded by this information so I was taken to the back to be informed about it. Two ladies a drug counselor and another counselor were there in pretty sure my ex blamed me but that's how manipulative she was....to make a long story short. They had her surrender these pills to me not to the police, not to them but to me. Which I found really odd but I'm sure they expected me to give them to her. A week went by and I put them in the CVS drop box they have there and I called my therapist I did explain to her what happened. Apparently they are not allowed to have their patients surrender any kind of prescriptions to a random person that is not police or themselves. I'm only saying something now because who knows who many times this has happened and it's actually scary.”
“I just want to share how thankful I am for this mental health facility. From the moment I walked in, the staff were so kind and polite. I was even able to get an appointment the same day, which was such a relief. My caseworker, Miss Christina, was absolutely wonderful—so knowledgeable, patient, and caring. She made everything feel easy and gave me real peace of mind. I’m truly grateful for the help I received here”
“through years of "treatment" and mental health care through these services i can safely say this place is horrible. i was misdiagnosed multiple times with things that were obviously incorrect, therapist completely ignored a majority of what id said, staff never keeping their word and even being absent to the appointments they'd made. not to mention i was told a patient was hospitalized due to neglience of a staff member not making a call when they were told to. i really hope others experiences were better, but i truly feel these services have done nothing but make my life more stressful and the issues i was originally having going in are more frequent.”
“I have always felt comfortable coming here since 2008. Everyone I've seen, from my Doctors to my Caseworkers, & even to the front reception staff have always been so good to me ! I've always felt at peace here. 🌹”
