“The front desk literally never answers the phone. There’s been times where I’ve waited numerous months to receive a call back to returned form. I’ve been there in person, and there’s typically 2-4 people back there so I have no idea what they do on a daily basis. I highly recommend finding another provider. They’re impossible to get in contact with. Terrible place.”

“What an absolute awful experience it has been to deal with this facility. I am extremely disappointed with Central Behavioral Health in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. I trusted them with my mental health, and they have completely mishandled my care. They never answer phone calls, appointments are always delayed to begin even though they are adamant about being on time, and I often have to wait for responses that never come. Prescriptions sent to the pharmacy by incompetent elderly doctors, while giving me no attention or asking more questions during virtual visits. Just a simple task, like asking the front desk to get in touch with my psychiatrist, because the prescription of medication she sent over to my pharmacy was on shortage. Spoke with Merina (front desk) and tried contacting them for a week and a half about having the doctor send over my prescription to another pharmacy that has my medication in stock, gave her the exact address of pharmacy, and I never heard back. I am going through full blown withdrawal, after being on this medication for years. I tried to contact them, there was no response. The staff and even the psychiatrists seem overwhelmed and unprepared to provide the proper care for individuals who suffer with mental health problems. This has been an extremely hard, frustrating and disheartening experience. This facility needs proper attention and new staff immediately , or they should shut down!”

“Psychologist and workers at front desk do not care about their patients/clients. They cancel appointments and don’t make you aware of it… Leaving you without your medication for days on end since NO ONE can pick up a phone at the office. I’ve called all times of the day and had to leave a message every single time. I had stressed over and over how important things were and I needed her to get me in to get a refill and STILL nothing. I strongly reccomend going somewhere else.”

“These reviews are absolutely horrendous, and the fact that no one @centralbehaviroahealth administration has responded to any of these complaints for over five years, shows you the organizational distain that exist for those individuals that seek mental health care the state of mental healthcare in Montgomery county is abysmal, and this organization is one of the reasons why.”
