“Very unprofessional will not answer the phone say they gonna do one thing and does the total opposite force people to be there that doesn't need to and discharges people that actually need to be there Virginia Baptist did way better at keeping up with things do not recommend you send your family member there it will not help they are a scam they scam your insurance and don't have half the programs they sign u up for”

“The best mental health facility I've ever encountered. The nurses are excellent and attentive, the other staff go above and beyond. They provided the care i needed and the attention i needed. The groups offered were plentiful and very beneficial. I hate to see any negatively because it's a great place to be. Hands down, great care.”

“So.. I have not been admitted to this institution but have had a couple of encounters with this hospital. The only positive note the few times ive had to be in the building its been nicely set up and the lobby is nice. Now when it comes to dealing with the staff and picking up patients are a different thing. The staff when you call to talk to any of the patients are rude and condescending, and with simple issues (example: like not having a patient pin the day of when they were admitted) they are accusatory. When it comes to pick up a patient they tell you what time they are scheduled to be picked up but when you get there its going to take another 30-45 minutes for them to be released. Nothing has changed from when VBH was a thing. Lastly the lost multiple items from their patients belongings that THE STAFF ARE IN CHARGE OF NOT LOSING. Would've been better off if they actually kept track of things”
