“Scheduled an appointment that was 4 weeks out just to arrive and them tell me they can’t see my the “old system” didn’t transfer my appt over to the “new system”.. was seen month ago for a spot on my head doctor said it was ringworm prescribing me cream even after I told her I’m sure it’s a burn. Went to a dermatologist got under a scope and it was 100% a burn! Trash I don’t feel like a patient there at all been going since I was a child and I’m switching to preferred primary care.”
