How likely are you to recommend Centerstone?
What patients say on Google
“Dr. Marianne Raynes at Centerstone has made a tremendous difference in my life. A couple of weeks ago, I was in a really difficult place, and she took the time to truly listen, talk things through with me, and thoughtfully evaluate what I was experiencing. Together we discussed my options, and she helped me make an informed decision about my medication. The results were almost immediate, the change has completely turned things around for me. I am so grateful for her compassion, patience, and the genuine care she shows her patients. She didn’t rush the visit and made me feel heard and supported during a very vulnerable moment. I highly recommend Dr. Raynes to anyone seeking thoughtful, attentive, and truly life-changing care.”
“Come here if you want to be told to kill your self and then pushed to do it. They have taken people. Off their meds for months with mo explanation I have seen multiple people sitting in there begging to talk to a doctor to be told to shut up and quit faking it and just recently watched them laugh and say do it when a person said they needed their meds or they will kill their selfs. THEY ARE ON A STABILIZER NOT PANE PILLS THEY ARE ON THOSE MEDS TO STOP IT IN THE FIRST PLACE WHY ARE YOU ACTING LIKE THEY ARE A JUNKIE. SIMPLY THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER SEEN FOR MENTAL HEALTH.”
“This rating is NOT FOR THE DOCTORS!!! I've never had problems with the medical staff at any Centerstone location.. they're all amazing, but DO NOT USE THEIR PHARMACY!! I have NEVER met such awful pharmacists in my entire life. On multiple occasions I've been put on hold for over an hour, just so they can not work until their lunch or closing. They also all have the worst attitudes and obviously don't care about the people that they're supposed to help. The amount of times I've has to BEG them to "please send my medication" is actually insane. I am on medication that I cannot go days without, and I live far away so I have to get it mailed to my house. I have to call MULTIPLE times for them to send it and I am currently still waiting for them to send it even though I continuously ask over and over if they've sent it (which they say they have but it doesn't take a week for them to send it in the past). I'm current suffering from SSRI withdraws because they refuse to do their jobs and I just cannot keep relying on them for my medication as clearly they don't seem to be concerned with their patients. The only reason I haven't stopped sooner is because other pharmacies were having trouble getting my prescriptions because of a shortage a while back. PLEASE! No matter how much your doctor's may ask for you to use it, please let it be your last resort because they're simply awful.”
“This was previously posted on the wrong clinic... as a result, I deleted that review and reposting it under the correct location...Update: Changing review! This is for the MADISON OFFICE: 620 GALLATIN PIKE, MADISON, TN I thought I could count on them to help me with my issues. However, what I've found was quite the opposite of what was previously reviewed. During the course of two years, my health GREATLY declined where sometimes it prevents me from leaving the home. They REFUSE to help individuals with acquiring their meds to control a person's mental health when their PHYSICAL health hinders them from getting to them! They would much rather you publicly humiliate yourself. On top of the fact that when I reached out to the med provider to help control my anxiety because I had JUST found out that my daughter was unalived in a car accident, I was told, "Calm down. I can't understand you (I was stuttering & crying) and I can't do anything for you until you come into my office. I need to see you upset to determine what meds you need. " Um, tell me WHO, as a parent, in their right mind would be calm after JUST finding out their child was murdered? Kayla displayed a COMPLETE lack of compassion. They tell you, "Call me if you need anything. Here's my number." But when you call, they treat you like you're NOTHING or just OVER EXAGGERATING. And don't get me started on how they LIE about you in your personal files! Or, how they mark you as a cancelation when you CAN'T schedule an appointment 3 months out. Wait... what?! How, you ask? The me providers send in medication for 3 months... then they don't see you for 3 months. So it's your responsibility to schedule the next appointment. (Rightfully so) However, they cannot schedule you that far out. It has to be 2 weeks or less. So then, they set an appointment for OAS (Open Access Scheduling) and hand you a card for when you need to call and set an appointment WITH text & phone call reminders. But, once you call to set your appointment, you're marked as a "Cancelation", which goes down on your file, then rescheduled for your provider. All this is made to look like you haven't been going to your appointments by the Social Security Administration, hindering your approval rate! Mental health means NOTHING to them. While my therapist is TOP NOTCH, the mental health clinic, overall, is a HUGE FAILURE to the mentally ill community! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL....!”
