“I've been a patient of Dr. Robert's for about 3–4 years, and my experience has always been positive. He's attentive, punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He remembers my medical history without me having to remind him, and he always takes a few minutes to ask how things are going in my personal life. It's reassuring that he recognizes the impact a person's personal life has on their mental health and vice versa. I'd also like to recognize Ms. Rhonda, the front desk manager. Recently, there was a miscommunication involving my prescription and a local pharmacy. After several days of calling back and forth between the pharmacy and the office, I still didn't have my medication, which was understandably frustrating. When I called Centerstone again, I was transferred to Ms. Rhonda and explained the situation. She recognized I was upset, and told me she wanted to look into it herself. She called me back within about 10 minutes after speaking with the staff, and she confirmed that the prescription had been sent to the pharmacy several days earlier. I called the pharmacy again and, once again, was told they didn't have it. When I called Centerstone back, Ms. Rhonda answered the phone herself. She continued working on the issue by coordinating with staff, contacting the pharmacy directly, and messaging my doctor. About 15 minutes later, she called me back with an update. She had figured out that the pharmacy had actually received the prescription but hadn't filled it because they didn't have it in stock. After talking through the situation some more with me, she came up with an alternative solution, and my prescription was ready for pickup within a few hours. When I came into the office, she personally introduced herself with a smile and told me she was glad everything had worked out. Also I've also noticed how much the office has improved over the past few years. Everything seems to be more organized and cleaner. I've appreciated being able to stay with the same provider, and the front office staff has always been patient, kind, and helpful. As someone who also works in the mental health field, I know how demanding this work can be. Thank you to Dr. Robert, Ms. Rhonda, and the entire team for the care and professionalism you provide.”

She was very kind and gentle. The therapist Brea was someone I would choose if I had a choice. The overall experience was pleasant and professional.”
