“They do not want to help you. They do not make sure you don't run out, they treat you badly when the meds they out you on aren't doing well. They do not care if you are in ER every other day, they will do nothing for you. Except eventually drop you for no reason because they do not want to do their jobs. Dr Scott's nurse acts like she cares but the moment you don't have a smile she absolutely does not care. She said "if I would fight for anyone it would be you" then proceeded to ignore all of my calls until I just found another provider on my own: I got dropped even though I've never missed been late, or rescheduled an appt. They play mind games and fully just want numbers in the door for insurance payments and do not care about people. I have seen people who have gone to their rehab center downstairs have their personal items and belongings just set outside in the parking lot. There aren't a lot of resources for NAT treatment, and this right here is why Independence is how it is- this is the only care we have access to. Sickening and these people should be arrested.”
