What patients say on Google

“Like many others I have mixed feelings about this place. Some interactions are great, others are terrible and leave me feeling more irritated and upset than before I came. That said, even the positive ones have not stopped me from getting anxious before I go, hoping I have a good one instead of a bad. I haven't had too many problems overall although I have had to advocate for myself much more than I expected to get myself heard. I do wish they had more local providers instead of relying on tele-health so much, but I understand that it's hard to find folks to do the in-person stuff. It's not a terrible place to go, but I won't ever be able to give it 5 stars either. Unfortunately, it's just about the only place in town for this kind of help, so it is what it is until and unless it gets some competition.”

“I was known by "zoey". I had a caseworker that I absolutely loved. (2021-2) She was my hero in a very bad situation..... I would say today she is the reason, I got sober.... She thought me empathy and fought the system to get me the help I needed. I'm beyond grateful to her.... Because of her, I have a life today worth living. ❤️. Thank you for taking the time to read. 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“The people at intake/out take tried to turn me away, saying walk-in hours were closed. I went back-and-forth with them for like 10 minutes and meanwhile, the nurse called me back the nurse and the doctor that I saw said that they were both incorrect, but they both refuse to admit that they were wrong if the nurse hadn’t called me back when she did, they would’ve sent me home and I would’ve been without my medication. They need more training or something. I love the nurses & doctors though”

“Wow! This establishment needs upper management to reach out when a patient makes a formal complaint. I went in January after a friend mentioned she went to office and had a great experience. Unfortunately my was not. I called was told to become a new patient you need to come in fill out paperwork and then you speak to someone in intake about your concerns and then you can speak to a psychiatrist no need for an appointment its first come first serve. First I went in around 1 pm to see if I could be seen I was told they reached there max for day come back tomorrow. Went in the next day around 930 am and was told there was a long wait and they wouldn't be able to see me that day so I asked for paperwork so I could take it home fill it out and bring it back the next morning around 9 am. Went completed everything was told by psychiatrist I saw on monitor that I needed an appointment with psychiatrist and when I left I could schedule that. Went to check they had availability for next with a provider. I was not aware the provider would be on monitor and seeing me out of her bedroom. I was very shocked. Needless to say ive reached out multiple times to get everything straightened out gone through there "protocols" still nothing. Not sure why i cant get someone to call me back that can handle situation appropriately. I was basically ignored every single time. Im not ok with at. I've done everything to get someone in upper management--practice administrator to call me multiple times still nothing. Please explain the lack of communication in your office and why I was just totally ignored about my concerns.”
