“My entire experience at Centerpoint Georgetown has been wonderful! Everyone was personable and professional and put me at ease through the entire process. All of the OR nurses and other staff were great and explained things well and kept me informed. Marissa in Pre-op was phenomenal! She was very kind and compassionate and even made me laugh, making me feel at ease as soon as I came in the door. Kathie also came in and asked questions and took time to answer mine and assured me she was my advocate in the OR and she was very personable as well. The post op nurse, I’m having trouble recalling her name, I think it was Marsha, but she was wonderful and I appreciated her detail to care. I would like to thank the entire OR team for making my time here a great success!”

“The nurses were fantastic!!! Marissa was wonderful in pre op, Portia is definitely one of the nicest (best) nurses I have ever had. There was also a nurse in the operating room that brought such a comfort to a normally nerve wracking experience. Teri was so great in getting me checked out and answering any questions I had. Dr. Smiths team is definitely top notch. I have great confidence in each one of them. Thank you all so much.”

“I had 2 different MRIs today and a bone scan in your wonderful Xray department. They were so wonderful scheduling them back to back so I wouldn’t have to wait all day. Everyone there was friendly, helpful and knowlegible. Especially Charlie Hatfield. She did both of my MRIs and really took great care of me! I appreciate the extra effort she used especially making feel comfortable. She’s the best! Thank you XRay department!!! Kim C. .”

“I did remarkably well. Very little pain. The only reason anesthesia team listened to my request about not flexing my neck too much due to neck problems. The nurses were wonderful preop Postoperative. Dr Smith is great and everything went just as he said it would! Thank you all for the wonderful care I would also like to thank the nurses. Teresa and Jamie and the team leader, Paige, for my initial are and the day after surgery. The night shift Portia and Kayla were also very attentive. The nurses responded quickly to my request for ice packs for my neck and back pain which is a preexisting problem. My pain was relieved quickly. My only negative was having my surgery delayed for several hours but that was due to an emergency why I totally understand. I give the in patient floor staff 4 stars as well! I was in room 134”
