“I did therapy here for a while, and unfortunately found it very unhelpful. I know therapy is all about finding the right person; However, the therapist I saw through here was not at all equipped to handle anything I was going through (even though I was placed with them upon intake). The therapist would blab on about themselves throughout the session and if I couldn’t think of a topic to address we would either sit in silence or I’d basically be asked to leave early, instead of being prompted with literally anything. I’ve had 2 therapists since and have not had such a negative experience with either of them. I’m sure other therapists here are fine, but I personally would not go here again.”
