They listen to your goals and advise you on how to meet your goals according to any limitations you have. The class schedules are easy to work around. And the areas are always clean and inviting. “So glad I found this place. They have several types of specialized physical therapy including Lipedema and Lymphadema therapy. I learned so much about my problem, the causes and what would help. Debbie is awesome at her job and I have had such amazing results of my issues through the therapy here. I follow their guidance and use what I learned there from Debbie and Kim and continue to have relief. I also had TMJ therapy here and that helped tremendously as well. Overall their therapist know what they are doing and are kind and patient and go the extra mile for their patients. Also, Dawn at the desk is kind and super helpful.”

“It's not necessarily a high-end gym, but it comes a little bit of everything and does it all fairly well. The white room is moderately sized, but is usually sparsely populated. The pool is indoors and is accessible. There are classes of various types and rigors. It's a good gym.”
