“Dr. Walker and her team here are some of the kindest, thoughtful, and lovely people I've ever encountered. I started coming here after seeking psychiatry elsewhere and not being taken seriously about the side effects one of my medications was causing me. Dr. Walker gave me a full mental health screening and combined that with records from my previous provider to diagnose my mental illnesses. She finally pinpointed that many of my "unresolved" problems that my previous medications failed to address were most likely caused by undiagnosed ADHD. Instead of being on a cocktail of 6-8 pills a day (that made me feel like the walking dead), I now take 3, and I've never felt better. Additionally, the singular time I had a problem with a medication, I was able to call the nurse's desk and have it adjusted the same day. I cannot thank Dr. Walker and her staff enough for giving me my life back.”

“I found Dr. Walker wonderful and helpful. But recently, her office doesn't seem to care that I'm having severe side effects from the medication she prescribed to me. My eyes and skin have literally broke out with hives. I have heart palpitations and anxiety. All this office does is, just suggest a new medication. After trying numerous times and paying hundreds of dollars, to get the medication that worked for seven years, I'm done. I can't work anymore, I'm miserable and all the doctors and pharmacists care about is, money. They all say they have no idea why my medication is making me ill. Oh really? CVS has been involved in several lawsuits, including: Class action lawsuit Levi & Korsinsky filed a class action lawsuit against CVS on July 12, 2024. The lawsuit alleges that CVS shareholders bought stock at inflated prices between May 3, 2023 and April 30, 2024. Insulin price lawsuit The US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) sued CVS, Cigna, and UnitedHealth for allegedly inflating insulin prices. The FTC claims that the companies accepted money from drugmakers in exchange for keeping lower-cost insulin off their lists of approved drugs. Opioid lawsuit CVS agreed to pay $45 million to Baltimore for its role in the opioid epidemic. CVS distributed hydrocodone and other opioids to its Baltimore pharmacies between 2006 and 2014. CVS Caremark lawsuit A class action lawsuit was filed against CVS Caremark, alleging that the company: Used a loophole in Medicare regulations to assess pharmacy DIR fees Violated federal antitrust laws Violated state laws governing contracts Forced independent pharmacies to accept unreasonable terms AI lawsuit CVS settled a lawsuit alleging that it used an AI-based "lie detector" in interviews”
