“Excellent facilty & exceptional doctors. The staff is all great at the assigned responsibilities from the minute you walk in to the front desk clerk, to the testing personnel, nursing staff, scheduling & business office. But most importantly is the doctors who are beyond exceptional at their profession. Rated as a top doctor in Knoxville year after year. We firmly believe he IS the best. So good that we are willing to drive 90 miles 1 way to see him because he knows what he's doing & he takes the time to ask important questions & give you clear answers & provide you with his expert opinion & his recommendations & actively includes you in the discussion & he really listens to your thoughts about what he is suggesting & values your opinion in making treatment decisions. His staff is really good at returning phone calls in a timely manner & they also have a 24 hour emergency physician call center if you are in a situation requiring immediate help. The office is very clean, nice & bright & comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. They are conveniently located on Kingston Pike (a major road through Knoxville) and very easy to get to from several different exits off the highway/interstates. We would recommend Dr. John Robertson & his colleagues to anyone. Dr Robertson sees both children & adults. We personally have used his expert & knowledgeable care for almost 22 years. Definitely 5 stars out of 5 stars. We have never considered going anywhere else for our children's mental health care. Plus they have good size parking lot w/plenty of handicap accessible parking.”

“They gave me appointment then after driving for over 2 hours to get there they said we didn't have appointments. We called them they called us back and I spoke to them a 3 rd time and they gave me an appointment day and time but when I arrived they said they didnt even talk to me. They refused to acknowledge anything even though we had been told the doctor we would be seeing and everything.”
