“Director Cathy Meyers is terrible at her job. She had no customer service skills what so ever, is rude, and does not follow her own policy. She makes go rules as she goes. There is no consistency and communication regarding your child and if you complain about it, they insult you. Find other services.”

“Staff is rude as hell. I was in a really tough place and I wanted to contact my therapist and some lady on the phone rudely told me she wouldn’t be back in the office for a few days. I said ok but when she’s back is there a number I can reach her directly at and she said “no we don’t offer that service” and was very short with me. I was crying on the phone while I said “oh ok thank you” and she rudely just said “bye”. This place does not help people and their mental health, it makes them worse. This place should not exist.”

“I have been trying to work with them to help my child for over a year. The person assigned to my son didn't follow through, didn't respond to communication, lied about our communication, never met with my kids, never provided any service, ghosted me after I called her out. I would NOT recommended them. I wasted over a year filling out paperwork and setting up meetings for nothing.”

“I sought services here two years ago. I filled out a half dozen or so papers for each of my children then was told I’d be put on a waiting list. To date I haven’t received a call. Additionally, one of the two front desk staff was unnecessarily rude and short. I don’t recommend this business.”
