“UPDATE!! This clinic is not just some place my son goes to it’s like a second home to him! Ever since Hailey took over the clinic made a 360 change and his clinical supervisor is amazing at everything she does as well we couldn’t do it without them. And I couldn’t be more thankful that my son has these wonderful people to help him and love him including terrica who has been there for awhile so she’s been around to see my sons progress and his therapist as well! Very unprofessional! I had a flat tire on my way to get my child and had to get another tire or I wouldn’t make it there!! I called 4 times no answer then finally they called me and I told them what was going on and she said she would call back in 30 mins and then I got a call from the manager and she told me if I didn’t get my child by 6:30 the law would be called and at this time my cousin was getting me a tire so I could get back on the road then I called my grandma and she picked my child up before 6:30 and they still called the law and made false accusations about me and my non verbal child while he can’t communication saying he eats out of the trash can whenever he doesn’t even talk!!! Very sick people and all about the money they don’t care about your kids!!!! Sick place! Some therapist have been good but some and the manager definitely not”

“OK! Explore your option's parents. This particular location has had 5? supervisors in the less than 2 years my son has been there. The techs and therapist are great but their scheduling issues every 2-5 months is ridiculous. Other locations may be better, but I would avoid this one if at all possible. I am currently exploring other ABA options because of the continuous ongoing issues with scheduling, zero notifications about random closing times, spontaneously closing early, randomly calling for you to come and pick up your child because someone called in sick. Driving 30 minutes to be told there was no coverage and bring your kid back in a few hours. It is really beyond ridiculous.”
