“My experience with Cedar Oaks is with both Luniece Newton PMHP-BC and Cathy Busam. Luniece doesn’t listen to you. Nor does she take your physical complaints or feelings into consideration. Making you feel small while providing the care you need. Cathy Busam on the other hand is an excellent counselor & listens to you. Giving you suggestions for you to utilize day to day. If you are looking for mental health medication management I would absolutely not recommend Luniece Newton. If you are looking for overall therapy, Cathy is wonderful.”
