“The office staff was friendly and welcoming, but my in-take meeting with a new physician was anything but a good experience. Absolutely no rapport was attempted at the on-set of the meeting, or throughout the 45 min session. I was questioned as to why my medicine regimen for the past 10 years was effective, and almost immediately (in less than 10 min) suggested to be put on some type of anti-depressant. My clinician was more than willing to interrupt me time and time again…and when I wouldn’t accept the myriad of “other options than my current medicine” that were suggested to me, I was promptly told that “maybe someone else in our practice will see you”. I was not happy with the time today at your offices other than the front office team.”
